The Space:
508 Clubhouse Ave is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. Relax in this beautiful home with an oversized front patio complete with an outdoor dining table and a shady market umbrella. There is patio furniture for outdoor lounging off the master bedroom and another bedroom on the 2nd floor as well. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and a dining room table that sits 6. There are 4 kitchen counter bar seats. With beds for up to 10 people, this home can easily accommodate your whole family.
The home has 4 bedrooms, all upstairs. There is a master bedroom with a king bed, 2 guest rooms with queen beds and another guest room with a full bunk bed. All upstairs bedrooms share the bathroom in the hallway, there is also another full bathroom just down the stairs on the first floor next to the kitchen and dining area. The living room is cozy and has lots of seating, perfect for relaxing after a beach day or having a game night with the family. The living area opens out to the front patio where you can grill up meals or soak up some sun.
Located just steps from the Lido Village as well as the local grocery Vons/Pavilions on 32nd street. Walkability index is off the chart with scores of bars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk. You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood as well as the large living spaces at the property. The home has designated parking within the garage for 2 vehicles. There is also street parking, but please be aware of all street signs and notices. The small parking lot next to the home is not available to park as you will be towed.

Very spacious and looks as pretty as the pictures! Kitchen utensils and plates are pretty and like new. Upstairs bedrooms have double paned windows which kept things pretty quiet. The management company was really easy to work with. Would stay again!

Loved this house!
We booked this last minute to enjoy the end of our vacation. It was a great size for two big families with young kids. Beds were comfortable and I loved that they were all upstairs. Floors were a bit sandy but still a 5* for cleanliness from me - it's a beach house, not a hotel! A little sand never hurt anybody :D Well stocked and we loved the location. Not a far walk from the beach but right in the middle of shops/restaurants. We hope to come back again soon!

Construction Zone 2021- plan accordingly
VBRO listing disclosed construction hours on the last line; I take responsibility for not inquiring further. Construction next door, three feet away, was the catalyst for the single star review for our December 2020 stay. Sawdust rained on our attempted BBQ on the spacious and perfectly designed patio. Go into the purchase knowing weekdays everyone will be awake at 7 am and the vibration of power tools continues to 5 pm. Plan your weekdays OUT.
Our family of seven sought an isolation vacation, this was a great house in amazing location. Four comfortable rooms with wide open space downstairs. The entire family snuggled in front of movies at night. We utilized the three bikes as well as walks to beach, piers, Balboa Island, Pavilions, sunsets and toured the canal homes. Never had to drive. Garage fits two cars.
