The staff greeting is always very griendly and courteous, also providing all the information and services available. The room have always been clean. Been returning each time i need a stay jn newmarket.

We were there for a wedding and my family and I were separated one room was in the main building and the other was across the hotel and on the outside part of the hotel I was not happy about that. The rooms were nice and clean.

The hotel room was clean but small. Beds were small. No gym or pool on site have to go to Good Life which is across the street down the road. There was construction everywhere very hard to get into the parking lot. No breakfast included. It was expensive for the amenities it did not have.

The hotel is right off a main artery. Huge mall across the street if you need anything Check in person was friendly and efficient. Room was clean, much larger than we expected. Very comfortable bed, big tv and thank you for the TV card outlining the channels available! There was a fridge and microwave also. Bathroom was large and the countertop was plentiful to put touletries down for both of us. Shower pressure great. Quiet hotel. The 3rd party restaurant is attached right through the lobby. We had breakfast there and the staff was extremely friendly, prices very resonable, great food and always asking if you needed a top up for coffee. Highly recommend it vs running around trying to find a place for breakfast. Check out person was super friendly, even asked us if we wanted a water for the trip home. Overall, terrific stay and our new go-to in the Newmarket area.
