There was no front desk to check in, just a lot of instructions of how to get in. Cleanliness was average. If you leave people to wash up their own dishes you know what to expect! The one bedroom that made it into an apartment, was so small you could hardly move around the bed! No hanging rails in the wardrobe!!??? WiFi very ordinary. No vanity in the bathroom to put your toiletries on and shower head wouldn't stay upright. Half a shower curtain, so water all over floor! Very noisy the next morning early! Just glad it was for only one night!! Would suit the younger people who don't care about stuff like that!

Room was behind disgusting. Human faeces in and around the toilet. Wee all over the floor (could smell it as soon as you walked in to the bathroom) bed had hair in it. Decorative pillow was smelly and dark in stains. Toenail clippings on the balcony. We were assured that we would get new bedding, and some more towels but did not get that. Saturday morning I woke at 1am my last $300 was gone from my account. Someone from accounting had deducted $283 from my account and to which I called and said I need that back for the music festival we are here for and they assured me it will be in straight away using Osko. That money did not return to my bank account till Tuesday morning.

The room was not very clean. There were small bits of food (looked like cooked and dried up rice) on the floor in the kitchenette area and the dining table was visibly unclean. I was not planning on using the kitchenette or dining area, but this was still disappointing. Check in is at 3pm so I (wrongly) assumed that check out would be at 11am. It’s not. It’s still at 10am, so I had housekeeping knocking on the door at 10.05am then 10.20am when I was still in there asking when I was leaving. When I explained my error they were not very understanding. It’s my mistake, I get that, but a little kindness goes a long way. Approximately 2 hours after I sent the check out text, my phone rang 3 times in a row. I was in middle of something, so couldn’t answer. No voicemail was left. When it rang the fourth time, I answered and was asked by reception if I was checking out today. I explained I’d done so several hours earlier and sent the text. The man I was speaking too just said “okay thanks” and then hung up. It was odd.
