Went there for a hospital appointment with the apartment very conveniently at the same address. Lifts took a little to work out but a great room and staff and very convenient for the appointment.

The apartment was well presented and stocked. I wasnt keen on the new checkin system on a tablet at reception. The process took much longer than it should of, required multiple t&c contions to be accepted with little or no explanation. Having to have my personal data available for others to see at reception wasn't ideal either. I also didnt like that, although i was advised that the apartment was ready for checkin earlier than 3pm, i could only get access by paying an additional $20!
