Very good breakfast with multiple options. The location is very convenient, close to several good restaurants with subway just 100 meters away.

Staff was courteous, good location. Room comfortable other than flashing light above bed interrupting your sleep. Having pool table is nice and in a spacious area with access to tea and coffee. Main issue was something was triggering (3 out of 4 of us) our allergies and put tickle in our throat. Lounge had mildew smell. Once we left the hotel we were mostly fine, just lasting impact of allergies. Other than mildew/allergy issue, would stay there again, but won't take that chance. Also, having own parking is nice but only stairs in the back to bring your luggage, there should be a ramp from parking. If you can't bring luggage up stairs, need to go all around to front of hotel which is inconvenient.

This charming hotel sits right in the west village, walking distance to great restaurants, contemporary galleries, art museum and so much more. We walked all over the surrounding streets, happened onto “Tea & Sympathy” a British style tea shop to rest our feet. The hotel has a cozy lounge where you can sit by a gas fire and relax watching the guests come in and out.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, facility was clean, inviting, only issues I had was the sheets/blanket in my room was not clean upon arrival, there was food/blood stains on the blanket.. but after I told the staff, she replaced them for me immediately. And the pool sticks need new tips! Id surely stay there again, loved it. Highly recommend

We were able to check in at 10:30 am. They were very accommodating. The room was large and had a fridge. Wish there had been a glass for wine or beer. All dish-ware at breakfast was disposable- no mugs. Neighbourhood is nicer to the east- towards botanical gardens.

Great for an overnight trip. It was very convenient to the Brooklyn Paramount. It was a very easy check-in process and the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. It was also very clean. Checkout was a breeze. Because it wasn’t overnight trip I don’t have much more to report, but I would recommend.
