Great stay

The room is like a studio apartment. Big fridge with freezer, microwave, and stove. They also provide plates bowls cups and utensils. They are also pet friendly at an extra cost. Staff is great and pool is nice. The area is nice with the highway nearby. Ridge hill and cross county shopping centers are also nearby.

Nice property & amazing polite staff. 4 stars because I checked in on a Sunday for my sons birthday at check in time which is 3pm and the pool was closed. I do not think that is fair if you are only staying until check out the next morning. Then the following day on Monday the pool did not open until 5pm in the evening. I did not see this information listed anywhere and caused me a big inconvenience. I stood for two nights and only had approximately 4hrs pool time.

PROS: This property is beautiful. The suite was spacious, clean and very accommodating. The young lady at the check in counter was very professional, polished, and courteous. She was able to check us in before 3PM. We were also given complimentary water and snacks. I felt very welcome here. CONS: The view outside of our window was obstructed by building objects/pipes. A small portion of the parking lot was visible. So i moved my vehicle to that area. The heat kept cooling down once the desired temperature was reached, and blew out cool air.. but these were "minor" inconveniences.

Everything was ok till it’s time to take a shower, called twice for a body wash as the container is empty, its 10:15 and item not delivered, got to use the shampoo as body wash then after shampooing my hair there’s no conditioner. What the hell!!! So frustrating! Paid $293 but the very basics can’t provide it!

The Fire alarm strobes kept going off in the room. The linen closet was next to my room and there was loud banging noises every morning. They have two elevators, but only one worked. Then both elevators went out of service and we had to walk to the third floor. The continental breakfast was cold. This hotel was built in 1975 so all furniture/fixtures are old -including the TV/s. I will never book this hotel again and I strongly recommend that all others avoid making the same mistake.
