Clean hotel but An okay stay

By the time I went downstairs for breakfast there were not many options. But it was average. The room was clean but a tad bit small and the TV quality was poor. I had to pay another deposit for $100 but got if back if I didn’t smoke (in which I don’t even smoke at all).

I booked another night’s stay and asked to keep the same room. when I came back that evening my room door was left open after it had been cleaned. My suitcase clothing and property were unprotected. Luckily I had nothing of value in the room and nothing appeared tampered with

The hotel has been cleaned up and the staff is quite nice. Not sure why towels were not changed and replaced in my room or why the coffee and tea was not replaced nor the counter cleaned when there was a bad spill over from the coffee pot. The breakfast seemed ok ish. I tried the bacon and potatoes and eggs but they were awful. I could not eat as there were no other gluten free options.except yogurt.
