The room was nice. The workers were nice. The location is nice. They do not provide house keeping unless you ask and they do not supply wash clothes. So that is something to know ahead of time.

We stayed in the family suite, the rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom walls had some scuffs and needed paint touch up and the bathroom was really small, but overall not bad. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice view of the Empire State Building. Chelsea Flea is across the street, flat iron building, Korea Town and Harry Potter store are all very short walk and Time Square was about 10 minutes away. Staff was supper friendly and there are convenient parking options near by
