Great bargain if you are willing to travel minimally. No elevator, so walk up to rooms, which are small, but clean and efficient. Great location for visiting Chelsea.

My first time traveling to New York and had no idea the hotel would be so small but I do understand that’s how it is at most hotels in NYC. For what it was, it did the job. It was clean and had regular hotel room accommodations. There was a ceiling fan and a working air conditioner, all I ask for. The shared bathroom was fine too, no issues.

Glad it was only a one night stay

There was active water damage in the ceiling, outlets coming out of the wall, tissues shoved in the brick, and the AC didn’t work well. On top of the 5 story walk up, which had dirty carpeting on the stairs, the shower wasn’t well lit and the room wasn’t very clean.

They are now operating as a limited-service hotel: no daily housekeeping service and front desk from the hours of 8am - 5pm. There are some staff not kindly. When I asked about facilities, they responded them , but they always said you should the mail that we sent.

Basic suites but comfortable. No elevator so if you struggle with stairs and you’re carrying luggage it could be tough for you on the upper levels.
