The overall stay was ok but could have been better! The tub didn’t drain properly and I was disturbed several times by the occupants next door. Walls thin! I was able to hear the toilet flush as if I was in the room!

We received an email asking if what time we wanted to check out. Everything from 7am - 12pm were given as options. I selected 12pm. We had the cleaning lady tell my adult kids, "If you aren't out by 1230am, I'll have to charge you. Also, there was no hot water. The comforter also had what appeared to be black mascara or ashes on it. We have stayed here plenty of times. Every time before this trip has been nothing but great.
