The "Heart of Uptown!”
New Orleans “Heart of the City” is where our guests can 'Live like a local' in super convenient surroundings. Mardi Gras central at our location. Our spacious home has 3 bedroom suites each with private bathrooms, formal living room (large screen HDTV). Formal Dining room (seats 8), Casual living room with 1/2 bath, Full Kitchen, two balconies off the front and rear upstairs bedrooms along with furnished patio downstairs in the rear.
Our home is located in a safe residential neighborhood and is within walking distance to several Famous New Orleans restaurants, such as Superior Seafood, Gautreau's, Charlie's Steakhouse and Pascal's Manale and our newly revived commercial district at Freret Street. We have many coffee houses, bars, live music clubs and local. Take a short 1/2 block walk to catch a ride on our world famous street car. The street car is a convenient, scenic way to visit many New Orleans attractions including, walking tours of Garden district, cemeteries, Magazine Street shopping, Bourbon Street playing, Royal Street shopping, Audubon Park, Aquarium of the America's, Tulane/Loyola Universities, Harrah's Casino, Convention Center, Garden District tours. All linens, towels, basic cleaning, paper products are supplied. The home also has 2 separate AC/ Heat systems and multiple water heaters for your larger groups.

We were very pleased with our stay. The three bedrooms, each with their own ensuite was ideal. There was plenty of seating in the family room and the second sitting area is nice for larger groups. The kitchen was very well stocked. Tha location was good as well, only a short walk the the streetcar and bus stops.

Great place!

Super convenient location. Comfortable clean accommodations. No outdoor space to speak of but all other was just as expected or better. Beds were very nice. En suite bathrooms was a plus for 5 adults.

Graduation stay for family

The house itself was nice and in a great location. There was plenty of room for everyone we had staying for my daughter’s graduation from Tulane. However, there was issues with upstairs air conditioning right when we arrived. This is where all of the bedrooms are located. It was 80 degrees and the unit would not kick on at all. The manager was able to get someone out to take a look the second day, but it wasn’t fixed until our last night there. It was also a little annoying that I was expected to worry about leaving a key or communicating with workmen. I was trying to enjoy our stay and it took away from our time. The last night, we also had a smoke alarm battery go off at 2:30 in the morning. Needless to stay with the air conditioning & the smoke alarm, we didn’t have restful sleep any night we were there.The space downstairs was great for family meals & the kitchen was stocked. I was just hoping to have a more restful weekend.

The property was beautiful, true New Orleans style. Location could not be beat. Bed were extremely comfortable. Nice little back yard. Only glitch was the internet was a bit spotty. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Home in a Perfect Location

This house was fantastic! Great location, off-street covered parking, close restaurants/shops, and each bedroom had a private bathroom. It was the perfect home base for our family to enjoy a full week of Mardi Gras. Andrew was extremely responsive and a great host. Highly recommend this home!

The property is spacious, clean, and very convenient to all you may need. The mattresses are very good, which is a key for good sleep after hanging out so much in an incredible music/food city. One can walk to the street car stop to take you downtown. There are great eateries, including an awesome coffee shop and award-winning restaurants, within walking distance to the property too. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner was easy to work with and made arrival and departure simple. Thanks!

Plenty of room in a great location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew's house. We had 5 adults and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house is in a great location of the city with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. within a close proximity. Andrew was extremely cooperative and easy to work with....highly recommend the property.

Wonderful neighborhood and property

Stayed in early October, 24. The house is great. Comfy beds. 2 of the rooms are next to each other and the 1 is on the other side of the house so you can have some privacy. The surrounding area is very quiet and safe. Andrew allowed us to check out late, which was much appreciated. Would recommend.

Wonderful property!

We were 3 cousins there for a girl’s trip. Each of us had plenty of space with our own rooms and bathrooms. Being close to St Charles Ave. and the streetcar was great. Highly recommend this property!

A Birthday weekend for two brothers with family and friends 3 couples

Location of property was great close to a lot,parking at the property was great,streetcar one block away, but we used the car lots of place to go. The property was very clear I would definitely stay there again lots of room inside back yard fenced in BBQ grill which we used, just a great time.

Great NOLA stay
