We intentionally reserved a roof with a balcony at extra cost. When we arrived we were told that the room we reserved was on the first floor with no balcony. Since we used a third party- hotels.com we had to accept the room despite our disagreement. The room we received was adjacent to the elevator which was noisy mechanically and by patrons. We felt like “red headed step children” annd ripped off. Other than the location the room was ok but not great. Will not stay again as we wouldn’t know what we were actually getting. stay again as we won’t ever know

Beautiful property, the room was in good shape. I was definitely put off by paying for parking. That should be included in the cost of the room.
