Very nice property on the beach. Lots of chairs for lounging, great bar and restaurant on the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious. Front desk staff was helpful, we were able to get an early chekin and hang out at the beach bar until our room was ready. breakfast area

First, the staff lived up to their reputation, friendly, approachable and helpful. Cudos to management for getting and keeping the right people. The property is well maintained and kept very clean inside and out. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side and should be more affordable, lower, reasonable prices would actually lead to more revenue/income. Somewhat disappointed that we were put in a room in the very back by traffic noise and far from pool/beach/restaurant. This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica and "hawker" continue to be a problem. Substantially better than times past but still an issue, pushy, aggressive and even close to abusive at times gives the wonderful people/majority of Jamaica a tarnished reputation. All in all, Coco La Palms is a great place with reasonable rates.

Outstanding Service – Truly Above the Rest! The customer service at this hotel is exceptional—every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. It’s clear they take pride in making every guest feel welcome and cared for. This hotel cannot be compared to large chain hotels; it’s in a league of its own. Out of all the places we've stayed in Jamaica, this one stands far above the rest. We can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Coco La Palm! The customer service was top notch — you can tell the staff are well-trained and held to a high standard, and it truly shows. The location is perfect, right on Seven Mile Beach — you can’t beat the views and the easy beach access. The meals were excellent, cooked to order and full of flavor. We found ourselves constantly comparing our experience at Coco La Palm to the other hotel we stayed at — saying things like, “If we were at Coco La Palm…” daily! That says a lot. We can’t wait to return!

The property was well kept except for the bathroom which was outdated with old and a worn-out toilet and fixtures. The staff was exceptional and the food at the restaurant was topnotch however the mix drinks at the bar and portions of their top shelf liquor downgraded the overall drinks experience. Big shoutout to the morning and night restaurant servers and the Manager boss-lady for making our dining experience enjoyable especially Lundee who went about and beyond even when his supervisor (Stacey) put up resistance, she may need more training. Lundee we will be back just because of your hospitality!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at CoCoLaPalm. The property was beautiful and inviting. Our room was so clean and and well prepared for us. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated having the security guard on the beach; it made us feel secure in leaving our items on the beach when we went for a walk, in the water or up to the bar/restaurant. We appreciated that there were plenty of beach chairs available too. The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been a microwave, to heat up leftovers, and a bit more time for us to be there. But, we will definitely be back!!

Just really rude staff. They act as if they are constantly miserable. There is a tall guy with a beard who works at the bar who is especially awful at his job. They did not clean our room once during our stay.

Quieter than the mega resorts. Great location on the beach. Walking distance to shopping, dining, Hi-Lo grocery store. Everyone was friendly, food at on site restaurant was on par with local spots. Fresh fruit and bread/pastries for continental breakfasts were perfect start to the day!
