Property was immaculate with regards to sustaining a major hurricane only a month previously. Staff must be appreciated the most. Despite many of the employees personal problems they were more than accommodating with smiles wanting to please their guests.

The property is in the middle of the town and sits almost directly on the beach. The shopping center is right down the street and one of my favorite spots;Rick’s cafe was not far down the road. It’s just a perfect situation

Room was great ...but toilet quit flushing and we called and reported immediatly and no one came..it was nov 17 thru 21 this year.we had a handyman who resolved the issue but it could have been a mess. Never asked about it at check out???? The security i would give 10 stars! The restaurant 5

I was at this boutique hotel during a hurricane category five. The hotel had an emergency plan in place and back up generators with plenty of fuel. We ended up staying an extra week and the management gave us a substantial discount for the extended stay because of the hurricane. The manager also helped us locate anti-seizure medication for my epileptic son. The staff were very accommodating and checked on us as we’ve never been through a hurricane before. I would definitely trust my children to come here as I know they would be well taken care of.

Everyone is wonderful and helpful when we needed to leave early due to the hurricane. Our stay was great! Excellent food and drinks and the staff is family to us! Prayers for everyone’s safety
