Beautiful setting nestled in the Cliffs overlooking beautiful turquoise sea! Daily dolphin, sea turtles and fish sightings! Great snorkeling in coves in waters off properties cliffs. Staff extremely friendly and helpful! Food from Ivan’s is some of the best in Negril!

Went to dinner early. It’s an outside area, only 1 other couple in the area. Was sat in the middle of the deck, asked to be moved, she moved us 1 table over. Asked if we could sit up against the rail so we had an unobstructed view. She just said it’s “reserved” and walked away. NO ONE sat at that table the entire time we were there.

Only 19 individual located rooms and suites. We stayed in Sagittarius Cottage.Room was right over the sea with lovely views. The evening meals at Ivan’s were excellent as advertised. Rick’s Bar is next door and a small walk. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing 4 nights at Catcha. The property was gorgeous (Christopher does a great job of keeping the grounds beautiful) and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in the Star and it was very clean and the 2 bedrooms had cold AC which was very appreciated in June. The servers at Ivans were very accommodating and the menu had good options for our whole family (2 teens). Happy hour was from 3-5 and we definitely took advantage of the 2 for 1 drinks. Kevin the life guard was so friendly and kept a good watch on us as we jumped off the cliffs on days where the sea was not exactly calm. The grounds have so many unique places to sit and soak in the beauty of Jamaica. Outside of the resort there are a few places to get some amazing Jerk chicken. Kool Vybes was SO good, my husband hasn't stopped talking about the Jerk Chicken there. Sharks next door is a really good juice bar for recovering from the night before! All that said, I absolutely recommend Catcha Falling Star to anyone with older teens and looking for something quieter and more unique than a busy All Inclusive place.

Great place to stay! We stayed in the Libra. Ocean view right out your front door. Ivan’s restaurant has excellent food and great views. Staff couldn’t be better. Booked couple excursions and took care of it all. Hard to get out of the ocean with the waves but even the lifeguard was there to help. Not the busy all-inclusive. Very relaxing vacation. A must stay!

Catcha is a very pleasant place. Staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. Ivan’s is a great restaurant and bar; in fact it’s a bit of a destination restaurant, and not just because of its scenic location. Speaking of location….Negril can be a noisy place, with loud traffic and loud music, and Catcha is no exception, especially with Rick’s Cafe next door. Best to get a room in the back with an ocean view. If your room is one of the small cabins in front, you’ll be subjected to: loud music, loud traffic, loud courtyard, and loud barking dogs until 2:00 a.m. Otherwise, all good.
