The Carriage House apartment (with 750 Five Star Reviews on the other site) is above a detached garage with your own private entrance and parking space. Since it is above the garage, please note there is one flight of stairs and the garage is actively used for parking (noise is very minimal) but is separated from the living space by a locked door. The space can sleep up to 4 people when using the pullout couch bed. Jason did a great job of creating a space that is very welcoming. From the snacks, coffee, live plants, towels rolled up on the bed and toiletries. We didn’t use any of those things besides the towels. Lol. But it was nice to have them if needed. We will stay there again for our next visit.

Exceptional property. From the delightful decor to the comfortable furnishings, Jason has left no stone unturned in outfitting this accommodation. Jason's place is wonderful. It is exactly as pictured only better. The little extras like snacks, coffee, and toiletry products were a really nice touch. The Carriage House is stylish, comfortable, clean, and well located. It was a great place to stay for a night out in East Nashville. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt very safe when we walked to dinner nearby. Jason was a fantastic host, adding some very nice personal touches. We absolutely loved our stay, it exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Nashville even more special. It was the perfect sized property for two people. Very well equipped - everything had been thought about. The location was great for us - easy access to the buzz of the city but a very peaceful neighbourhood to stay in. We really enjoyed walking to Urban Cowboy for cocktails. Parking & laundry were both excellent. Jason was a very responsive host and sorted any little issues. A perfect stay!
