Regarding my stay. Nashville is a music night city. After a good late night of music and food we went back for a good nights sleep. At 7 AM we were awakened by loud construction right outside our room door. 20’ from our door. 7 AM ! Yes 7 AM. They were cutting tile with an electric tile cutting saw and grinding rough edges with their grinders. I called the front office. They said they told me that was going to happen. That is a lie they did not. I would ask them to prove it with some sort of recording or video I am requesting a refund for a terrible, loud start of our day. Thank You

Perfect stay for what I was looking for. I was in Nashville for a Finance Tech Conference for an entire work week. This hotel gave me the biggest bang for my buck compared to other hotels right in the heart of Broadway. It was walkable to Music City Center and to Broadway. I felt safe walking alone early morning and late night, no issues. The hotel has been recently remodeled including a fresh new looking pool. Adequate breakfast of pancakes and waffles served every morning. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Disappointing

It was very loud with guests in pool and loud talking at 3AM. Outside floor cement very uneven. Room furniture was old and dated. Beds were very good and all white comforters and sheets so clean feeling. Cleaning and breakfast room staff were very friendly and nice. Front desk was not very helpful with arranging sites to see or specific restaurants to try. Shower bath bottom very slippery and unsafe so we used a hand towel for safety. I thought it was very far from Broadway action area and museums so we needed Uber for getting anywhere even when listed as in downtown.

Suite not so ventilated

Hotel was undergoing upgrade around pool area. We stayed in a suite which was extremely big however quite empty especially toilet/shower bathroom. The suite was actually four units, from entrance all the way to the toilets and only a window near entrance, making ventilation of the whole room not good.

I called before I booked this property to make sure the pool would be open and they confirmed it would be. When I checked in, I asked the people to their face in the pool would be open as they said yes the pool never opened up. They kept locks on it
