Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was clean and safe. Hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Only downside was we had to uber to broadway each night, but the rides were short and inexpensive so it was worth ut overall.

Construction on 12th floor was easily heard on the 11th at all hours. On Sunday morning the fire alarm went only on the 11th floor advising to evacuate the building. Only to find everything normal in the lobby and no one having a clue. The coffee place in lobby automatically charges gratuity to the bill if charging to the room. Otherwise the theme of the hotel is very nice.

Construction was going on and it was loud at times. Rooftop bar was run down. The lobby was nice as well as the rooms were really cute. Wasn’t expecting valet to be $55 dollars a day. It was a very expensive weekend. No house keeping while we were there.

This was a beautiful hotel with a lovely rooftop bar and coffee shop too. There were plenty of resturants near by too. Around 30 minute walk to broadway, which we enjoyed but it is something to consider.
