I loved that the staff was diverse and friendly. Tameka with her Jamaican accent was wonderful, I talked to her prior to my visit regarding accommodations and she was so very helpful. Valet parking staff was very helpful with parking and luggage. And lets not leave out the kitchen staff for breakfast, food was great , hot, and accommodations were always clean and spotless. Thank you will definetly stay their again.

We were in town for the SEC Men's Basketball Tournament at Bridgestone Arena and this was the perfect place for our stay. We felt extremely safe and the parking garage was gated and easy to navigate. The staff were all extremely kind and our room was very clean with plenty of towels and soaps. Breakfast was included & delicious each morning with a variety of options. The fried potatoes were my favorite! Getting to the games at Bridgestone was under a mile & super easy. We drove one day but most days we just took an Uber. We loved the location & convenience and would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding hotel

Outstanding hotel. Great free breakfast (cereals/ pancakes/ full cooked). Good bar which serves really good food until late (great tacos). Very clean - there were always people cleaning the breakfast and bar surfaces. Room was spotless, comfortable and modern and had a microwave and fridge. It’s a 20 min walk across the bridge to Broadway and I would recommend an Uber back ($15) as there is a lot of building work near the hotel so a bit dark. Parking is expensive at $25 per day but the free breakfast balanced it out. Will definitely stay again.

I don not care for your prices ,,, made phone reservation what I was quoted and my bill was not the same it was double really 60 dollars in taxes...and prices change daily ..the food was ok ...the beds were hard as a rock...the tub shower was noy draining not staying there again....

Construction directly across the street and the noise starts at 6am. Staff was friendly and very attentive so it made up for the construction. And after the new stadium is complete this will be the best hotel if you are attending a game or concert.

Fantastic location, clean, modern hotel!

What a great hotel! Within walking distance of broadway and downtown and right next to Nissan stadium. Construction going on right now so it was noisy but otherwise a FANTASTIC place to stay! Breakfast was great and they have a hotel bar and light menu for eating in if you choose, we did not but im sure it was good. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was excellent! Every inch of the hotel and the room was clean, everyone from the front desk staff, cooks, maintenance and valet were super friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my meals at the bistro each night. I would 100% stay again.
