Everything was great! Clean rooms, the air conditioning worked very well and the staff was amazing from the front desk, the valet employees, the cleaning people...everyone! Very helpful with recommendations. They made you feel home away from home! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay while in Nashville. You won't be disappointed! Easy access to highway.

Staff makes the stay worthwhile

Our air conditioner rattled - made for a restless sleep. Valet and first floor service was excellent. Friendly staff, smiling and helpful. Front desk clerks weren’t warm but were efficient. Entire bar staff from the bartender to the food runners was great.

This Hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. Sperry the bartender is definitely a keeper. She really makes you feel welcome. The 2 big draw backs are the Construction noise from the new Nissan Center and the fact that it said Free Parking but it is not. It actually cost $25 a night. Loved the fact that we could walk to SoBro in less than 30 minutes. The hotel is super clean and breakfast was good not great. They had sausage every morning. Would have been nice if they had switched it up every other day. The restaurant is not an actual restaurant , it is actually just a bar in the center of the lobby but the burgers we had were good. I would definitely stay here again

It was a decent clean hotel. The only issue we had was that our room was not cleaned for two days. It is opposite a major Building site which was noisy from early in the morning. The bar area was great and prices reasonable.
