The welcoming staff was very nice. Room was nice as well except no real changing area. Had to get dressed in the bathroom. We did not have phone service or tv the entire stay of 4 days. staff came up every day but it was never fixed. we ate breakfast there 3 mornings and received cold breakfast every time. I actually had to ask for them to serve our food after seeing it sit there for over 15 min. wait staff is very slow and inattentive. The drinks were ok though. Don't think I'd stay here again

I loved it. The only downside was that there was a light that was motion sensitive that clicked off and on all night the last night of my stay. When I told the fellow at the front desk he simply said “sorry about that”. Hmmmm.

Love Love Love this property. Great location. Was a bit disappointed in the food menu. Seating on the rooftop was awkward and uncomfortable. But, an amazing view. The employees, especially the valets make this place incredible. They are so much fun and personable. Will stay again. But, probably won't eat here.

First time Virgin Hotel patron, beyond satisfied

Great hotel experience and amazing location while staying in Nashville for pleasure. Room was quiet and comfortable - which is very important. I highly recommend this Virgin hotel. Food was better than average for a hotel. We did order Instacart for some snacks and waters since the in room beverages are a little pricey. We loved everything!

They are completely dog friendly! They let us go everywhere in the hotel with our huskies and the staff were so nice! I really enjoyed our visit and plan on staying here again!
