Staff was great and property was nice and clean. Close to Broadway and Printer’s Alley. The only issue was there was only one valet worker so it took over 30 minutes to get our car.

Perfect location for walking to Broadway and Printers Alley. We were greeted great and the check in was fast. We valet for a large fee but worth it to have our F250 kept right out font for us.

The front desk representative Nathan is beyond unprofessional. There was an incident which occurred over something small and he challenged us being the guest. Marriott holds high standards in their hotel chains and I would not expect this behavior to be acceptable.

The shower was stained in room 717. $5.00 for a water is highway robbery. The TV makes no sense being on the wall it is on. I checked in via the net and got a reply back in all asian writing. Called the front desk and was told all was good, but ended up having to check in at the desk anyway. I asked for extra towels via phone call and never got them. On checking out, I had someone else's address on my receipt.
