4 of us arrived from Canada. The suites were huge, beds were comfy, cleaning service almost came too much if you can compain about that. There was always staff making sure the lobby looked prestine. Its so close to Broadway and area, no uber necessary. They seemed to always be short staffed in the lobby bar. The one bartender hustled. Complimentary breakfast was delicious wirh good selection. And the pool was clean and warm. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel in a close location to convention hall.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and the area seemed safe. Breakfast, workout room, and pool were nice. Only negative was that the elevator control panels were confusing and our room carpet could have been vacuumed and the frayed edges repaired. I would definitely stay again!

Nashville getaway

The room was very nice. All the people at the desk were very friendly. We ate at the bar and had the best time with the bartender. The breakfast was one of the nicest we ever had. The shower was amazing. We were use to not so warm showers and this one was nice and hot.

The hotel is very nice. The restaurant is really a restaurant its just a very small menu thats brought out in fast food type boxes. We just had the burgers 2 different days . They were OK . The breakfast was the standard buffet breakfast.

A feeling of true welcome and high energy greeted us when we walked into the lobby and up to the desk to check in. There is a nice flow to the open floor plan in the lobby area with the seating and bar area to one side, We were impressed with the clean and comfortable suite. I especially liked having a thermostat and central heating compared to the heat and cooling units most hotels have on the wall under the window that need constant adjustment or make horrendous noise. It was nice having a separate seating area for visiting and relaxing. The shower was awesome - roomy, great shower head, strong water pressure and HOT water. After 4 hours of driving, it was just what my neck and shoulders needed. We had a nice swim in the pool, and a meal at the bar. Both the Ceasar Salad and Burger were fresh and delicious. The night was QUIET, no sounds from outside, or from adjacent suites. Great soundproofing, maybe? The free breakfast had so many options. I enjoyed cooked steel cut oats with honey and dried cranberries and almond milk. I noticed many hot and cold options to choose from. Everyone we interacted with who works there was friendly. Thank you for an excellent experience.
