It is convenient to go to downtown. But there is no hot water in the common area except breakfast time. This is not friendly in winter. The WiFi is not efficient. Some time, it is not connected.

Tatyana the manager needs to be let go. If you read the review over the past few years, you will see she is mentioned and so many reviews are terrible. This is a new hotel and should have great reviews but it doesn't. Sad but true. We booked two rooms for two nights because of the power outage in Nashville. After one night, one of our homes had the power back on. I called to make sure we could cut the one room down to just the one night. The female front desk personnel said it would be fine. I told her we would call back to confirm this was what we wanted to do. At 10:30 a.m. I placed a call back to the front desk to say we would be leaving one room. The gentleman I spoke with said that was great. On both calls with the front desk, no one told me we needed to bring the key to the front desk and check out in person. I had completely confirmed with call number two that we would be leaving the room by 11 a.m. Today, I received a bill to my email charging me for two days for both rooms. When I called the front desk the First Lady I had spoken with lectured me on how I should have checked out. I explained, I was never told I needed to go to the front desk in order for them to honor the verbal approval. Also, the hotel has signs all over stating it is a smoke free hotel and if caught smoking any thing a $250.00 fee would be imposed. However, the bartender at the H Bar and another kitchen staff member were smoking vape cigs. Replace the management.
