Hotel was close enough to the bar district to walk. The issue we had was that the shower door didn’t seal properly so every time we showered we would flood the bathroom. When asked about it, the front desk staff said “nothin’ we can do about it”. Very dismissive. When I asked to get several extra towels, he did seem to pay attention but I had to ask 4 more times for that to actually happen. Another staff member ended up getting us some pool towels. We had been there for two days by then. Apparently every room with a shower door like this was an issue. Very very disappointing that the property can’t take the time to fix this problem.

First time in Nashville and we picked this hotel because we are familiar with Hyatt House’s having stayed in many throughout the country. We enjoyed hotel and were able to walk everywhere. A quick 10-15min walk from Broadway, Bridgestone Arena (straight shot down the road), etc. Close enough to enjoy but far enough to not be bothered by noise.
