Our stay was awesome. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cathy the attendant for the pool sent us a card for our anniversary after we spoke with her. The room was clean and spacious. Well decorated. The pool and food/drink choices were great. Only 12 minute walk to Broadway. Best hotel we have been to in Nashville.

The pool was dirty, no towel people, our room #705 was missing the lid off the back of the toilet! There are unhoused people lining the streets. Nice hotel with a lot of potential where it felt like a vacation within a vacation. The concierge was fantastic and I enjoyed the view from the pool and the free music everywhere, both at the pool and in the restaurant. Room needed some work. Toilet kept running and lights in bathroom went out one of our nights there. Pool should have also been warmer and it should as a resort have a whirlpool.

The hotel is in a great location, and shares the vibe of other Margaritaville resorts we've stayed at. Where it dissapoints is the pool area, which is unfortunate. Even mid week the small pool was simply packed far beyond the posted capacity allowed. We found through conversation the resort was selling 40 plus day passes a day, making it impossible for those staying there to enjoy the amenities which are charged extra via a mandatory resort fee on top of the room rates. All in all a good stay, but lack of control over the pool area would keep us from coming back.

We were 20 minutes late for happy hour, no other food sounded good so went to Fins and they had no beer we wanted, all sold out because of last weekend. This was on Thursday. Not fun for newly retired couple.
