The room was nice and clean. The only issue we had was it took forever for the water to get hot in the shower. Also, request a room that’s not beside the interstate because it’s a little noisy on that side. Other than that, it was nice.

I did like the shuttle service that takes you to Broadway. However, the floor of the room was greasy, the shower only ran freezing cold, almost none of the outlets worked. Even though we called a day in advance to get early check in and they had agreed, they made it seem like a giant hassle when we got there.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. My one concern was the bathroom floor. When it got wet at all it got incredibly slippery. I could hardly stand still without slippery. Very unsafe.

Cave room with no hot water
Location is ok, an easy walk to Broadway but not much else nearby. Hot water was reliable. We had cold showers most mornings. Our standard room had a prison cell-sized window that hadn’t been washed in years. The chair in our room was filthy. Breakfast was acceptable. No fitness room. The pool doesn’t have hot tub and the room it is in is dingy.
