We had to move rooms due to a non-working refrigerator then and they were very accommodating. The one reason we picked this hotel was the indoor guitar shaped swimming pool. It was beyond freezing and my daughters were not able to swim. It was very disappointing.

There was dried blood stains on the floor of our room so immediately that made us feel uncomfortable. the bathroom and beds appeared clean but after seeing such an obvious neglect im not sure anything was actually clean. the water in the sink was murky and there was no place to get drinking water.

The staff was so kind and supportive during our stay while the power was out in our home for six days they worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable . I appreciate them so much.
