We stayed here this weekend and it was a great stay! The breakfast and Kickback were great bonuses. The hotel was very busy - the elevators took some time and the lines got a little long, but overall, very nice stay. Clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. Comfortable and quiet.

Staff was amazing! Was able to check in early, landed around 7:30am, got to the hotel about 8am! The food, customer service skills were on point. My girlfriend and I would love to stay here again. Highly recommend if you are looking for a 5-10 min walk to all the bars and restaurants on Broadway.

The Drury House embraces what has worked since the Dawn of time. Customer service is the best. No frills, clean, perfect location, all of the amenities, and a legit free Breakfast. Lovely hotel. Staff was very friendly. The 5:30 cocktail hour and breakfast are both appreciated when you travel frequently as extra amenities. We loved that we were able to walk to our event at the Ryman in less than 10 minutes.
