Great room with a view, good restaurants, excellent staff -- in particular the concierge! I always stay here when in Tokyo because it is close to Shibuya station for trains and metro -- and also for the NEX (Narita Express) train from Narita Airport -- only 60 mins compared to 2-2.5 hour taxi or bus ride.

Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The location is great for exploring the city, the room was beautifully clean and comfortable, the view from the higher floors (including from the bar) is stunning at night time, and the Japanese breakfast is truly amazing - but the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful and put such care into ensuring we had a special experience. We will be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo, and would highly recommend to others!

Truly impressive hotel. From the moment our cab pulled up the staff were very attentive and helpful, including a very informative concierge and porter who were willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel is right next to the subway and many dining and shopping options. The gym and pool were also fantastic with many other third party services such as acupuncture and spas on site. There is an easy airport bus service that’s picks up at the hotel going to both Tokyo area airports. Lastly, the food options onsite were incredible, and the swanky rooftop bar on the 40th floor offers one of the best views of the city. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

We enjoyed our 6-night stay very much. In terms of location, it is very convenient. The airport bus stops at the hotel itself so I had no issues navigating with luggage. It is also a short walk from Shibuya station and all the surrounding malls and food options. We also took a nice stroll from the hotel to Nakameguro. The staff were generally very helpful and polite. The room was clean and we were provided with all the amenities one could possibly expect.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Views from the room were great. What really made this stay great was the staff. After check in, someone escorted me to the elevator, pushed the button, and waited until the door closed with a deep bow and an Arigato gozaimasu. When I was leaving I inquired about where to catch the shuttle bus to Haneda airport and someone walk my luggage down the elevator with me and walked me to the bus stop managing my luggage the whole way. Little things like this made their level of hospitality memorable.

We stay here four times over two weeks first segment club floor was great. Next two segments cerulean floor was good. Last segment regular floor over priced and bare bones in terms of things missing like master light switch, amenity kits , mechanical curtains, etc

I always stay at the Cerulean when in Tokyo because of the hotel proximity to Shibuya -- very easy to walk 10 mins to Shibuya Crossing with many restaurants and the night life right there. Facilities of hotel are impeccable, nice views, and the hotel staff are great -- most especially the concierge who can arrange experiences in and around the city! 😁👍
