Check in was very easy. Keys were received long before arrival. Kitchen was brand new and had just about everything we needed. Host was quick to respond and we had a fabulous stay in beautiful accommodations with a gorgeous view!

Great SPACE

The Condo unit was very nice and very roomy! There were 7 of us, and it wasn't crowded at all. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen was super clean and had every you could need, bathrooms were not fancy but very clean, and the view off of the balcony was amazing! The parking garage was pretty tight and not always clean (not the owner's responsibility). There were several not-so-nice properties nearby, but everyone we met was pleasant.

Myrtle Beach Golf Trip

Property was fantastic. Exactly as described. Great location, spectacular views and super clean. The host was great, communicated promptly and answered all questions. If we visit Myrtle Beach again, this will be our go to spot.

Super kind owner; Fabulous property

Derek was great to work with--quick to respond to our questions and clear with his answers. The condo was comfortably sized, nicely decorated, super clean, and well stocked with both kitchen equipment (toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc.) and expendables (paper towels, soaps, etc.). I could have lived on the balcony--the view was peaceful and restorative. We never heard the neighbors, so we truly felt like we were in our own world and the covered parking garage was a gift! In the area, we enjoyed visiting Pauley's Island, Ripley's Aquarium, and the Medieval Table attractions the most. And the ocean, of course!

This condo is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Balcony is big and lots of seating. Pools were great and grandkids enjoyed them as mostly heated. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with our stay here! The condo is very nice with lots of space for everyone. We had more than enough room for our family of 6. Kitchen and laundry saved us a ton of trouble and money. It is decorated very nicely and came with everything we needed for the week. The location is very convenient in center Myrtle Beach. The 18th floor balcony gave us a great view of the ocean. The property is nice, and the indoor pool, spa, and lazy river kept the kids occupied at night and during bad weather. The owner was very responsive and accomodating. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone! Thanks a ton Derek for a great week in MB!

Fantastic family holiday

Derek was an excellent host. Our communication with him was easy and prompt. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had 7 adults and 3 kids under 5yrs and we found the condo comfortable with a large dining table and stools to sit at the counter for eating, and 4 queen beds and 1 king. The only thing that was missing for us was more places for our clothes (with this many people), but it didn’t hinder our holiday at all. The pools and lazy River was a big hit for all of us and the beach was steps away allowing us to go back and forth. The beach toys and floats in the closet were a bonus for the kids and greatly appreciate. We were within 30 min or less to shopping, eating, golfing and entertainment. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back 😁 Thank you Derek for everything
