Excellent rooms and faciliities. Staff were terrifically helpful. We were disappointed with breakfast. Poor quality dishes. Also, parking was confusing especially as we left Pfister in evening to go out to dinner and we were told to use room key to leave and return but it didn't work.

Great location and beautiful building

Hotel is beautiful and rooms are very nice. Bar and restaurant were really good too. Service was not great from hotel staff but would still stay here again.
