We went for a Bucs game the shuttle was great, they take u anywhere in city & pick u up, we tried drive down town no parking, took the shuttle. Old time hotel very well maintained clean, staff was great. No complaints will we be back.. did I tell you the convenience of a free shuttle

Beautiful place with a dirty bathroom

Everything was good except for the bathroom. It was dirty and with hair in the shower and around the stool chair in the bathroom. This is the second time I stay here and this time around the bathroom was dirty.

Just right

I stayed for a week due to my husbands surgery at near by St Luke's hospital . It was an easy drive each day . Parking was great. Having a restaurant on sight is convenient . The servers were very friendly and responsive . The hotel clerks were helpful and pleasant . Price per night was reasonable .

The building is beautiful, and it has been renovated while keeping the feel and look of an earlier time. The one drawback to this was the bathroom had no direct heating, and it was a cold couple of days., so the bathroom was super cold. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and engaged. The only problem we had was a request we made for extra pillows, and it took a few tries before we got one extra pillow
