"Great Location"
We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. The staff were very helpful. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the cigarette butts rolling around on our balcony when we arrived which were removed when it was brought to the staff's attention. There was also a strong odour in the unit which we believe can be traced to a waterleak under the sink. However over all we would be happy to return to this hotel.

"Very clean but needs updating"
Was pleasantly surprised by the room as the photo on the internet wasn't that great with old fashion bed spreads. In my room though there was no sign of a bed spread which was a blessing! The room was exceptionally clean, could not fault it. Hotel needs updating but overall I was very pleased.

Good hotel, great location, perhaps a little expensive for the room quality. Furniture a little tired and no air conditioning in the rooms. Staff were excellent to deal with, very helpful and accomodating.

"Great location but tired property"
Our stay was nice overall and the location is very convenient. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for over a week. It was disappointing there was no oven as we didn't particularly want to eat out every night so it made our meal choices limited to what we could cook in a frying pan or a microwave and the BBQ area was not appealing to cook at. Our room needed a freshen up as it was cluttered with cheap dusty "nautical" themed ornaments that were unnecessary. If you are going to have them as the decor, at least dust them. Children's stickers of sea animals had been stuck all along the border of the tiles in the bathroom, that was seriously tacky. The 'spa bath' was so tiny and could barely fit one person, it should be removed and a decent shower put in. Our room could have also done with more than 4 rusty clothes pegs. The Reception Staff are friendly and helpful but the age has caught up with the property and an overhaul is desperately needed as convenient location won't be enough of a reason to come back a second time.
