The hotel was great. The room was very nice, although we were disappointed with the balcony having no view whatsoever. The room itself was clean and in great shape. The restaurants were great, staff also wonderful. All and all, we are looking forward to staying there again but we will choose our room more carefully.

The only good thing about this hotel was the le labo - not a luxury experience. Staff was pushy and met us with a lot of pushback on valid concerns around cleanliness and safety. When asked to change the bed pillows becuase the smelt dirty and used they asked us which pillow we would like changed

Property is beautiful and unique with a mixture of old architecture and modern flare and interior with all the amenities one expects from a 5 star property. On site dining is among the best in the city. Eddy at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with!

We were upgraded to a beautiful room. We were given two drink coupons. Daily free bottled water. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was perfect, one block from everything. The shower was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you for a wonderful two days.
