I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 PM and waited my turn to check in. When I reached the receptionist, I informed her that I had a booking. She acknowledged it and told me to wait. I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes without any explanation. When I asked her why I was waiting so long, she simply said, “You just have to wait,” without offering any clear reason. Her attitude was unprofessional and uncooperative. She made no effort to communicate with me or explain the delay. I felt ignored and disrespected as a guest, and I believe better customer service and clearer communication are needed.
