Iverall a very good experience. The appartement is nice my furnished, great communication, clear instructions and central location. Some things could be improved such as appliances in the kitchen (there were no knives) and cleanlineds of towels (one was stained).

Very close to everything you want to see in my opinion. Came with a group of friends and we loved how close it was to old montreal and near by clubs for friends who love to go out for drinks and dance!

I rarely leave reviews, and when I do, they’re usually positive, but I feel obligated to share my terrible experience to warn future guests. I checked in at 6 PM, only to find my room hadn’t been cleaned. The so-called “deluxe suite” was heavily worn, nothing like the heavily photoshopped images online. The smoke detector was beeping (the attendant was quick to fix it), but the noise from upstairs was unbearable due to zero sound insulation. Parking was also a challenge. But the worst part? Someone broke into my room while I was sleeping. At 6 AM, I woke to my door opening and closing. Half-asleep, I thought I was imagining it, but an hour later, I heard noises in the kitchen. When I got up, I found a large, drunk, and confused man sitting there. I panicked, thinking he was an intruder and I might have to defend myself. It turns out he had mistakenly booked the following night, yet he was still able to access the building—and my room—because the codes weren’t changed between guests. Even worse, there was no latch to lock the door from the inside. This is a serious security risk. I contacted the owner multiple times, giving them a chance to address it, but they ignored me. For your safety, do not stay here. Mistakes happen, but this level of negligence is unacceptable.

The area was beautiful close to downtown but the room was dirty when we arrived. Nasty stains on the couch, pee stain on the bed sheets and a dirty shower. Reported the issue and they said they would send cleaners and no one showered up. Asked for more towels as we only had 2 and still nothing. Room was very run down.

Be warned, absolutely terrible experience!

One of the worst experiences at any accomodation found on hotels.com There were numerous small issues, tv remote didn't work, Uber eats was stolen while I was in the washroom etc. but the most major was an incredibly strong and unbearable smell of sulfur that began on day two of my stay and endured until I left. I messaged the hosts on the platform, I text and I called and tried everything to get in contact. This was at 4:30pm on a Tuesday. I had to leave because the smell was so strong I was getting a severe headache and was worried for my health. I stayed out until late, all along messaging and calling and trying to simply figure this out but they never replied. They didn't respond until the following morning and simply said some along the lines of "its not gas". No apologies, no solution. Meanwhile, fearing for my safety I slept a few hours, which I was very nervous about, but had no other choice, and left early in the morning. The smell had begun to fade morning but the host ignored messges and has done nothing to try and resolve the situation. Terrible communication, dirty accomodation and unbearably strong smell of sulfur for the entire stay. Be warned!!!

It’s very close to a supermarket and pharmacy. Buses and subway stations nearby. 30 minute walk from downtown. Place has a kitchen that is quite useful

We loved the location as it was so close to our son. We were surprised to find we had parking, which was not advertised. Unfortunately we had an ant incident. The phone number provided does not get you a person, which was a bit frustrating, but we did get immediate response via email. The food we had bought was ruined as well as our plans to cook anything. No credit was offered. The air conditioning and heating controller is NOT self explanatory and we found at one point both the heat and air conditioning was running! There should be some type of explanation (my husband is VERY technically savy and couldn't figure out what was going on.) The TV was also not self explanatory but to the best of our knowledge was useless unless you log in with your own account. Could not get any channels. The shower was nice but only the handheld device worked. The piece for switching to the overhead shower head was missing. For information, there was a coffee maker in our unit but that was not listed as an amenity. Another thing we noticed is that the first run of stairs does not have a handrail (as we were considering coming again with an elderly person (who can walk stairs), this is a bit of a concern).

The apartments were pretty nice and at a good location. Food, grocery store, transit was all walkable. There is no elevator, some stuff could be cleaner. The host was responsive. We had no major issues during our stay.

I did not notice that there would be several flights of stairs to climb. The apartment building is stuffy in the hallways. The biggest challenge I had was that there was no number to call for Deluxe Suites and given the problems I have with linking my reservations to the Expedia app( that no one from Expedia has contacted me for) I could not complete any communications or requests through the app. I rented 2 apartments for colleagues visiting from Brazil. Was not a good option to host them.

Disgusting place

Disgusting place with disrespectful management. Every single negative review was true. At first glance, everything looks okay until you see: Ants: Multiple ants in both bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Said they didn’t see them when it’s obvious, then said they did a treatment only when I pushed (doubtful; no evidence of treatment e.g. smells, residue). Did not make a difference—ants increased, some even carried larvae (not food bits because I threw them out and it appeared again the next day) even though we only ate in once and cleaned up very well. Dirty bed sheets/duvets: Almost every single bed sheet/duvet had yellow or red stains on them. They changed them the first time I asked, but “replacements” still had stains on them. Ignored my messages when I asked them to change them again. Slippers: Bathroom amenities clearly listed slippers, but they replied that they never said they were going to provide them in the first place. Ignored my message when I said it was literally written in their own listing. Unprofessional tone: Dismissed my above concerns when I brought them up. Said they don’t know why I’m complaining because the property was great. Passive-aggressive despite my respectful tone. Ignored all my subsequent messages. The owners refused to provide ANY because they said these issues were “resolvable” on their own end, but they didn’t resolve it. The property was untouched when we came back—every issue remained. We still didn't get a refund.
