Handicapped room worked excellent for my wheelchair. Unfortunately the room door took a little persuasion to get open.really had to jam the handle down to open it. Staff were all incredible. My only disappointment was the large price for breakfast. Small coffee, fruit bowl, bacon and eggs almost 40.00.

There isn't much to do around the hotel. If you are driving and use their underground parking, be prepared it is very tight. Downtown and St Catherine St is a distance away so a car or uber are needed.
