Ski-in/ski-out condo that's really close to everything. 2 minutes walk to shops and restaurants or board directly on the track to take the convertible. Warm condo, well decorated and well equipped, you will find everything you need. There is a closed bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You will appreciate the quick and easy access to this accommodation, close to everything. This unit has ski access as long as there is enough snow.

Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
