We stayed at this property many times. The staff is very friendly. It is quiet, in a remote area very close to the pedestrian village. The room was a bit rundown: carpet had stains in the living room as well as in the bedroom.

Staff was courteous and respectful but hospitality can be worked on. Given the amount of guests staying, an additional duvet and towels can be offered when checking in. I went back to the desk to ask for 2 duvets, walked to the storage room and walked back to my our room carrying both blankets. This could be brought to the room or help provided in the process. (To go over and above expectations.) Given that it's winter, keeping the floor or carpet clean will be a challenge. I would avoid carpet runners, and maintain the floors where needed on a tighter schedule. As for around the property, I understand smoking outside is allowed however, the cigarette buts on the "balcony" can be cleaned up. As a non smoker, I do find it challenging when the cigarette smell travels into our space.

Wonderful Stay at Château Beauvallon We had a fantastic stay at Château Beauvallon! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus, making it much easier for our family of four to get ready. We also appreciated the in-room cooktop and microwave, along with the provided glassware, plates, and cutlery—perfect for preparing small meals. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. A standout feature was the shuttle service, which was quick and super convenient. Our kids absolutely loved the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub! The only small downside was that the bar was closed during our stay—it would be a great addition if it were open regularly. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would definitely return.

Unfortunately this place was really a Big disappointment. It started off well with us being able to get into the room a little earlier, but was down hill from that point. Dishwasher in the room had a issue it seems (found that out later) and soaked a part of the carpet. this seems to of left the room with a dirty socks like smell. Had a hard time sleeping because i couldn't get the room any cooler than 24 degrees and that was with having the patio door open to allow air into the room. Asked twice in the same day about having someone come to the room to check on this but nothing ever came of it. Overall all just disappointed with the experience I had.

The room smelled like sewers and when i mentioned it to the staff they said « ohh yess room 306 i don’t know why but it does smell bad » The bar was closed when it doesn’t say anywhere that it’s closed on week days. Very sad because it was a beautiful room and place, but poorly managed!
