We arrived very late, but the desk clerk was friendly and helpful about our shuttle in the morning, and walked us to the bar for our drink vouchers. Everywhere was very clean.

It’s a reasonably priced hotel near CDG airport. Free shuttle service and free breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast dining was limited and rather lackluster. Plus the dining room had very few staff working it so the tables were filthy, uncleared of dirty dishes etc. That’s a staffing problem it appeared. I didn’t care for some of the staff behaviors I encountered but that may have been due to the language barrier. Overall a decent, reasonably priced hotel near the airport. I had a nice room which was an upgrade. Perfectly comfortable. If they improve the breakfast dining experience, I’d give this hotel a better review.

Aside from the restaurant not having the friendliest staff, this hotel is okay. It is away from a lot of places, so uber or taxi is a.must ( unless you have a car). Breakfast included is good. Hotel is nice and clean.Rooms are spacious. Shuttle booking to the airport must be confirmed many time to be sure. But if they make an error, they will call a taxi for you ( hotel will pay) to drop you off the airport

Nice clean property close to the Airport, but other than that it’s in a middle of nowhere with very limited options to hang around the property. They promised airport drop-off but that was only to Terminal 2. With our flight departing from Terminal 1 that created a bit of a panic and a longer walk

The place is nice, clean and new. I just did not like the part where they advertise all these amenities but they're actually not available (pool, skating rink, massage). The massage was posted on the elevator and when we checked front desk how to book they told us they'll get back to us but we didn't hear anything even when I followed up.

The hotel itself is beautiful and modern, only about 10 minutes from the CDG airport. It was clean throughout and staff were friendly. However if you’re visiting Paris to go to Disneyland, Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions I wouldn’t recommend as it’s located in an industrial area about 30-60 minutes from the main attractions in Paris. I was only there for 2 days and spent about £250/£300 on taxis. The transport links are not great into the city so Uber was the only choice. Getting to Central Paris would take me about 2 hours by metro so not ideal!
