Staff were understanding. Room was what I expected for the price. Didn't take advantage of most of the amenities so can't really speak to those.

Only have the shuttle for the state fair, that was one of the reasons this hotel was chosen. Unfortunate thing about the 1st floor is that you can hear every step from the room above you

Disgusting place to stay. Filthy and smelly room. Unsafe hotel for children. Bed bugs in the room. Expedia should not be advertising this hotel for people to stay in. Incredibly disappointing on every level. Steer clear of this one - it is not worth the lower hotel room rate.

The property seems ok on the outside, but on the inside it’s rather dirty. The hotel has an intense dewy/dingy smell that doesn’t go away even if you open a window. The carpets and upholstery just seemed grimy, our room was dirty upon arrival, with our bedding having a cigarette hole in it and there being a used towel wedged behind the door that was missed during cleaning. We did not end up staying and quickly found another hotel.

Do not stay here - the extra door lock is a chain that could easily be broken into. The site reeks of cigarette smoke and the rooms are in desperate need of upgrades - wall air/heating units don’t have a cord to plug in, toilets don’t flush, etc.

The overall property is worn down, not very clean and is a bit smelly. It is safe, however, which was a main concern of mine. The first room I was assigned was terrible. The toilet didn’t work properly, the room stunk, the TV didn’t work… You get the picture. After the second morning in a row, when the toilet would not flush properly (after supposedly being serviced twice), I got another room. The second room was a normal hotel room. Everything worked properly, the carpet was new and clean, the walls were freshly painted and the room smelled fine. If I had been assigned this room from the start, I would’ve rated my stay at least three stars.

The lady at the front desk was so kind, however, I was there for 7 days and never had housekeeping come in. I inquired about it at the Front Desk and she apologized and told me she would have someone come in the next day to clean. Housekeeping never came. I will not return to this property. That is unacceptable. Trash not dumped, no clean towels, bathrooms not cleaned.
