Staff was wonderful throughout my 4 weeks of staying here. Rooms were great, clean, and ready for use upon my arrival each week on Sunday. If there was an issue, maintance fixed it quickly. Housekeeping did a great job, they clean Wed, Sat or right after checkouts. As I was around during the week, Wednesday when I returned to the room it looked great, towels exchanged, coffee refilled, bed was totally redone up. Front desk staff was great to interact with as well. Breakfast was good, selection varied along with a few regular options. Overall my nights were quiet, there were kids and dogs in the hotel but I never really heard noise and the 10 pm quiet time was respected while I was there. I didn't stay weekends typically so that could be a difference. Elevatators on each end were not to bad of a wait but there were only 2 large carts and 2 small. Depending on when you check in, it could be hard to get one. Biggest complaint are the traffic lights getting to the hotel and the intersection after it. Lights take forever at the turn to the hotel and the turn before it. Used the pool only twice and the hottub was down at least once during my visits over the 4 weeks. Excersise room was decent too, two treadmills, bike and stair stepper along with some small free weights, ask for a towel at the desk. Fridges in room are just a fridge, no freezer. Felt the price was very fair and if in the area again would be staying here.
