Everything about this property was well maintained. The carpet inside the rooms was so clean. And the rooms did not have that musky, old hotel smell that so many of the rooms are taking on nowadays.

Threadbare linens on the rumpled beds. One tiny wastebasket. No luggage stands. No bar/restaurant as advertised. One person tending the front desk who spent our first 20 minutes on the phone. Unprofessional and rude employees walking about doing nothing. Avoid if you can.

My experience checking in was very unpleasant. The lady working the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful, which set a bad tone right away. I asked for a cart to bring in luggage, and she brushed me off saying they were “out there,” when there clearly were none available. On top of that, the room itself wasn’t well kept—the couch had visible stains, which made the space feel dirty and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a disappointing stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights, unable to check in early, staff nice, newer looking hotel, but was disappointed that carpets were dirty with stains, my couch also had stains on it, only one waste basket in bathroom, needed one near the bed, overall nice spacious room, bed comfortable, had mini microwave and fridge, I would stay again

Nice large rooms, liked that it was adults only for the pool after 10:00pm. Down sides were that the bubbles didn't work in the hot tub and some of the furniture could use some updating, as well as walls needing a few touch ups.

The sink in our bathroom would not drain and was disgusting. Breakfast area was great, breakfast was meh. The hot tub and pool were disgusting. Could not even see the bottom of the pool. Staff was nice.

The work-out room is missing all of the handles and pull down ropes. I couldn't get the TV to work in the work-out room, I saked the front desk for help they never sent anyone. The room was very nice.

Staff was not polite. Breakfast was soggy, rooms were not clean. Heavily stained carpet. Room was large but no decor, just nails on the walls from missing photos. Pool is the size of a hot tub. Would not stay nor will I again.

This is a non smoking property which is GREAT... but the night Staff was smoking right at the front door when I came in making the place stink like a cigarette! The bathtub didn't drain shower water The sheets were wrinkled making them uncomfortable. The place was clean and a good setup some corrections and it would be a better place to stay
