The room was nice, the beds were comfy and the shower was awesome. Less awesome are the doors. They are heavy and slam shut unless you hold them. And most people staying at the same time as us didn’t. Even after midnight. The walls are also thin enough to hear everything in the hallways and some of the other rooms. Bring noise cancelling headphones or something to drown out noise and it is a great place to stay.

I had a great stay thanks to the incredibly friendly staff and the hotel's excellent overall condition, which felt modern and very well-maintained. The airport shuttle service was a major highlight, punctual, professional, and made my travel day stress-free. The only downside was that it can be a bit noisy due to nearby construction, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs, but the quality of service and convenience still make this a fantastic choice.

Room was very clean and updated. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The valet parking is reasonably priced and very convenient. The hotel is at a great location within walking distance of Chi center and Old Market. This was our second time staying here and definitely won’t be our last!
