No Utensils/Silverwares, No pots or pans to cook on their Kitchenette, walls are so thin Got a noise complaint for singing in the shower meanwhile everywhere in the building are sounds of Domestic Abuse Occurring, Housekeeping came once on a 28 days stay, Says no smoking/smoke free and for someone that uses a CPAP for my sleep apnea im tortured to the smell of Cigarettes and Weed every single day even at 3am, coffee machine forever Down not “temporary”, their mattress foundation beneath the mattress kept falling off their Bed frame and waking me up, the front desk is barely manned. If you find a huge deal, great, if not stay away from this place and book a better place. I got the place for about 1200 over its usual 1800. If not for the deal, i wouldve chosen Hilton Garden Inn. Im not one to leave comments/complaints, but this one literally pissed me off with how much was promised. It’s a Den for Ghetto people and please trust the reviews. This place is not worth it.

Baby, you fix how they get the stove they need to fix the floors cause you can hear everything. The door doors cause you can see here everything in the hallway is somebody else room they need to fix the elevator because if you drop your keys or anything down there is a go or it ain’t the paint the toilet

Online it says that this location is pet friendly. Well when I see pets I think dogs and cats since both are considered pets. I took all of my belongings and my cat in an Uber that was pretty expensive there. I am then told they do not accept CATS! I had to drag all of my things back to the Uber who thankfully waited and took me somewhere else or I would have had to wait AGAIN with my cat in her carrier. Pets are dogs and cats....if they do not accept BOTH then they shouldn't say they accept any or specific only dogs! I wasted hundreds because of this and it was extremely inconvenient!

The staff was friendly, and the room was nice overall. Since it is an extended-stay hotel, the front desk situation was set up a little different than traditional hotels (where someone is physically there 24 hours/day). The hotel was very safe and secure (you have to use a key card to access doors).

The key fobs didn’t wrk the first night. The next morning in negative 24 weather I came downstairs to warm my car or to even see if it would start and forgot no key. Couldn’t go out. Then wanted to go to front desk but if I went in I wudnt b able to come back out bcuz no one was in the lobby. So now I had to wait for someone to show up 10 mins later. Then that following day my family checked in but before that I made a complaint. Now since we’ve been here staff has harassed my family every day saying people are complaining about noise. If it were true I would handle the situation. But it’s not they have accused my family even when they are asleep. We respect peoples space and understanding of others schedules but to make this feel like a prison was unacceptable!! I’m disgusted with the staff and the terrible way they have made this an uncomfortable stay especially during a crisis situation! It’s was bully like and retaliation. I don’t even have anyone I can reach out to about this! I’m sure they will try to put us out after making this complaint!

They need a better door so you wanna hear everybody conversation need better floors so you won’t hear no Scooby bumping people talking people sexy they need garbage disposal because they have a cooking heavier hand on top of that. They need to move the little stove in the center instead of the edge of the cabinet.
