The hotel is so beautiful and grand, with a large lobby and bar area. My room was so very clean with amazing bed and bath linens. Concierge and all staff are very guest focused. I am so glad I chose the Pfister for my first visit to Milwaukee. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

I grew up in Milwaukee and was never even in the building before and am sad that I have been missing out on this wonderful landmark! I loved everything, the lobby, the staff, the food (had the best steak of my life at the Mason Street Grill and the french onion soup was fantastic as well), the pool area, Blu...everything! It is such a calm atmosphere and the glass of champagne at check in was a nice touch. It was nice that there was a channel on the TV that explained the history of the hotel. I will definitely make sure this was not a one time visit. I am going to make sure I have nothing else going on when staying here so I can enjoy everything that the Pfister has to offer.

I attempted to speak someone at the hotel for several days prior to the stay. I was redirected to the concierge, who never picked up the phone or returned to phone calls. The room had no refrigerator, so my leftover meal from dinner spoiled and had to be thrown out. And then I was over billed for this day. I did not know this until I got home and got my final receipt from the hotel so I called, the person I spoke to said she would correct it. She did not. I had to call the hotel a SECOND time to get my bill amended to be the correct amount. Very unimpressed with the customer service.
