Well, it was a decent and predictable stay until the next morning. Despite me checking the room and mattress, my husband and I caught a bed bug in the room. We reported it to the front desk and they were very nonchalant about it. There was also no breakfast offered at this hotel when it clearly says they serve breakfast, that’s why I chose this hotel. Very disappointed and will never come back.

During my recent check-in, I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk attendant. He was unable to locate my reservation, incorrectly stated that it wasn’t paid for, and then told me I have to place my card on file because someone had previously smoked in the hotel and everyone has to pay for it. His tone came across as rude and made me feel stereotyped, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. (Glasses, he had no name tag on) Additionally, there was a persistent beeping sound in my room throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, this stay did not reflect the positive experience I had during my previous visit.
The shower design in my room was very inconvenient. There was no liner inside the shower, and the round shower curtain rod caused water to spill out onto the floor. To make matters worse, there was no floor mat provided, so I had to use towels.

I liked that the front desk staff had great customer service, answered all of my questions, the room wasn’t the best looking but the towels was clean and the room was clean. However the quality of the hotel is a bit ran down, paint jobs look like it wasn’t done professionally, the front desk staff are doing other duties because it’s short staffed, the ice machine didn’t work.

I can't imagine that any other hotel has a more convenient location to MKE airport. The free airport shuttle makes transportation super easy. It was exactly what I needed for my quick stay in Milwaukee and I'd book it again.

Dresser drawer was missing bottom inside panel, couldn't put anything in it. A/c filter, couldn't pull out to clean, fell apart. Ground floor room,WINDOW WOULDN'T LOCK!! Had to get stick to secure windows. Plus couldn't use window open due to NO SCREEN IN WINDOW.
