For the value of 3 nights with taxes was over 500, you would think sugar would be provided in the morning with coffee. All 3 days there was no sugar, you would think if there was no sugar the first morning, manager could have had suagr the next day but clearly this place lacks communication and accountability. When I arrived I inquire about extra towels and pillows since I will be staying 3 nights. The front desk told me they will check with inventory to see if they had extra. Obviously they didnt care to check. When we got into the room the phones didnt work because there was only 1 towel available for showering. We had to wait til the morning to find a steward that was cleaning the next room to give us extra towels and pillows. Last night staying, I inquire about late check out the front desk told me to call in the am since its the front desk discretion if we are allowed late check out. I told her the phones dont work, she told me someone else complained about the phones not working with no solution to fixing the problem and no care and continued aconversation with a friend who came to visit her at her job. All the employees lack communication and responsibilities for their job and lack care for the guest. Never had I've ever been told to call in the am for late check out at the front desk discretion when the phones dont work in the room while I was at the front desk inquiring about it. No one care about doing their job and could care less about guest satisfaction.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I received an email prior to my stay saying that certain typical amenities were not available. They would have to be requested prior to arrival and not guaranteed which made me leary. What stood out to me was the bed. That was the 2nd best bed I have ever slept on at a hotel. So comfy! I have back issues and most beds are not comfortable and neither are the pillows. But this was great! The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean. This is a hotel that I will consider again! The drive from American Family Field was really quick too!

Check in time was at 4pm and we arrived at 4:22pm. They didn't have a room ready for us and we were told to come back in about 45 minutes so we're already inconvenienced. We were walking around the zoo all day and wanted to get our exhausted kids a break. The room was ready when we came back about 45 mins later. The room was dirty and run down, the office chair in the room was dirty and stained, The comforters on the beds were dirty. The general condition of the place is very poor. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the hallways, the walls are all marked up everywhere. The hot tub was closed, the restaurant was closed. It just feels like this place is being run into the ground by an owner that's trying to get away with the bare minimum. I wouldn't stay here again.

We travel domestically and internationally all of the time. In fact we just returned home and had to visit Milwaukee because of a family emgergcey so we chose one of the closest hotels nearby because another option was sold out. We knew the ratings were not the greatest for this property but we had no choice on short notice. When compared with Sonesta's competitor nearby it can't compare. The rooms here are not cleaned properly as there is evidence of stuff on the floor. More importantly, the carpeting in the room and elsewhere are filthy and the upholstered furniture. The common areas also need paint or repair. The grab and go breakfast is ok but again nothing in comparison with the competitor and pricing is not that much different.

To echo other visitors, there is a significant lack of cleanliness and attention to detail while turning over the rooms. Upon entering my room, there was a used washed cloth pushed to the back of the vanity, the two bath towels (which is being generous to call them that), was also damp. Along the lines of linens, expect to receive one set of towels; small and without quality. I stayed in a double queen room. I travel with two, well-behaved cats. When we entered the room, they made a bee-line for the narrow space behind the bed, which is unusual for them. I unearthed a balloon, opened contact case, earring, and pieces of plastic. I called the front desk and asked for a room change due to the above condition of the room. I will say the customer service was responsive. She immediately offered a room change. Sadly, upon entering the second room, I had a similar situation. The back of the bed frame contained a half eaten brownie, gummy, piece of a Fruit Loop, quarter, and old Spectrum remote control with a hefty layer of dust. If I was able to pull all these items out myself, I feel like that could be an area that is addressed when turning over these rooms. Besides the cleanliness, there are subpar amenities. The bar and restaurant won’t be guaranteed to be open every night, the hot tub continues non-existent for months according to other reviewers. I wouldn’t return. There are other hotels in the area, that are cleaner and with better amenities.
