There were BEDBUGS in the beds!!! The room was dirty, sticky, and stains everywhere. All they did was put us in another room. At least that room didn't have any bedbugs. But the same as the other room(dirty, sticky and stains everywhere). They didn't say we'll comp you or discount your bill... nothing. Now im doing everything to hope that my kids and I didn't bring any bedbugs home. This property went down since the change in ownership.

Place is not kept clean. They put us in a room that was dirty had a big giant 4ft wide wet spot by the AC. Went down to request another room and they put us in a better room. In this room the furniture was cheap, couch was old and dirty, one of the tvs remote didn’t work. All in all I will spend the extra money to stay somewhere better.

I should have taken pictures. LaQuinta should be appalled. There are multiple people LIVING in the hotel…when I asked who these people were, staff said they were from St. Louis…why?? They are lounging around outside and inside the hotel. We felt unsafe. The room was dirty. The lamp shades were water stained and dirty. The bathroom door was soiled with what looked liked blood. In the morning the coffee urns ran dry and there was NO back up. I was told it would take a while for a new pot. The worst LaQuinta experience EVER!

DISGUSTING SCAM

GROSS! DO NOT BOOK! I booked a room that was 2 beds with a pull out sofa the day of when I arrived I was given a room with 2 beds and 2 chairs. I went downstairs to tell them I was given the wrong room. They said that they took out the pull out sofas and replaced them with chairs so they can update. They said they were able to give me the room I wanted but I would need to wait 40 minutes so they can clean. I had checked in around 7 when normal time is 4 so I told them I was not interested in waiting that long. Surprisingly all of a sudden a room was ready maybe 10 minutes later. We switch rooms, showered, and are about to get comfortable and go to bed. I pull out the sofa bed and it’s DISGUSTING! Springs were popping out the sides, NO SHEETS, completely flattened, stains EVERYWHERE, AND IT SMELLED LIKE PEE! YESS PEE! It looked like they took this thing out the garbage. I went downstairs and obviously advised them of this and demanded we get a second room for free to accommodate the 2 people in our party that now have no where to sleep. Suddenly there is not rooms left so I demanded my money back. I received approval both on video and paper from the front desk manager to receive my money back and we left. Since I booked through hotels.com I had to reach out to them the next day. Then speaking to the hotels.com rep I was told that I would only be receiving 75% of my cost back. WHAT! They said that the front desk only approved of this. THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME THE DAY OF!

The worst hotel I’m stepped into then left!

The hotel was terrible. Garbage in the parking lot. The lobby smelled and there were people sleeping on the couches w no shoes on. The elevate was in bad shape and dirty. The carpets had stains all over them and the room was disgusting. Stained furniture, dirt mirrors and bathroom tub. The carpeted dirty w stains on the walls from someone throwing something on them. Old food on the counter and broken chair. The ac was loud and full of mold. I left immediately and want my money back!

This was the most awful stay we’ve ever had!!! Paid 900 for 3 days on a pool side suit, checked in pool closed and we got a tiny suit that was very unclean! They moved us to bigger suit. Not once did we get housekeeping, or clean linens, we had to keep going down for toiletries and towels . I would never recommend this place! Motel 6 would have been better.

It was horrible. Refrigerator didn’t work! The staff was very rude! It was mice in the room as well
