The staff gave Me keys to the room? But they didn’t work and they also gave me a room with one bed?? But I reserved it with two queen sized beds!!!! The clerk gave me keys that didn’t work twice and that was unexceptionable!!!!!

Overall this is a good hotel. We stayed in the 1 bedroom king suite with a fold out couch for the kids. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa sleeper and we had to request it from the front desk and go get it ourselves. The reservation was for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) but only enough towels for 2 people in the room so we had to go to the front desk to get additional towels too. I feel like small details were overlooked like that for this stay. Also there was a fire alarm that went off right after getting the kids to bed so we had to evacuate the sleeping kids to the car for about 15 minutes until the firefighters cleared the building. So that was really hard for us. Breakfast was good. Pool area was very very warm.
