Needed a place to stay in downtown MKE, the famous Doubletree warm cookie upon checkout and 2 free water bottles in the room were welcome after a long day of traveling. Shawn/Shaun at the front desk was AMAZING and another front desk associate also allowed me to check in early due to my room being ready hours before 3 PM! Great group of people.

The towel rack fell off the wall when my wife was trying to take the towel off. The fire alarm went off in the morning and the cleaning service that was cleaning the next room did not know what to do. Everyone was in the hallway was asking what they should do,
