My experience: I arrived at 1:30ish AM, made reservations online. My stay was not the best. The first room smelled AWFUL. I’m not sure what it was but then I decided to spray perfume then to just deal with it because it was late and I was tired. I went to go shower but the conditioner was already used. Both shampoo and conditioner had black residue left on it. Then I went to remove the covers and there’s a stain in the bed. Not sure if it was food or makeup or something but it was an obvious stain. So 3 strikes, out. I went downstairs and had to get a different room. THE STAFF ARE LOVELY. I repeat, the staff I interacted with were great. The lady on the phone and the gentleman that gave me a different room were helpful. But the second room I noticed the locks on the door were very loose. I ended up propping stuff against the door because like I said it was later than 2am at this point and I was exhausted. Not sure if I’m going to be back if I was 100% honest. I did like the staff though they were 5 out of 5 stars. I wish I got their names but they were helpful and nice.
