The room was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The area was great and convenient to many things. Downtown was very close. The staff was really nice. Orlando checked us in and offered many dining options. Orlando was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure talking with Orlando.

We had an amazing stay this weekend! Crowne Plaza Milwaukee is in a great location. Perfect for visiting some of our favorite breweries and restaurants nearby. There were also inviting spaces to relax, play cards, and enjoy board games with the family. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after a busy day out. The front desk staff, especially Orlando and Rose, were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area and hot tub were awesome and a definite highlight for us. The only small thing we’d suggest is offering some complementary coffee in the lobby as we’re not huge fans of the in-room Keurig setup. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and fun! Highly recommend!

Would have loved to know we would bot be avle to eatcat restaurant because there was an event should have told us when we checked in our booked we had planed on eating there with family and swim I also had asked housekeeping to empty my trash and for extra towels and i was told NO im going home i said i did not need the room cleaned just the trash and extra towles we were there for 2 nights and was told NO
