Ha. Where do I even start. I stayed at this property to catch an early morning flight to Vegas because of the convenient location. Upon arrival I stepped out of my truck and immediately slipped and fell outside. I have multiple bruises covering my back and shoulders. The lady at the front desk was very kind and offered to get the manager, and that’s the only kind treatment I received. Not only did the so called “manager” not offer me to file an incident report, he basically blamed me! The manager above him was of little help as well. Called me to ask how i was. DURING my ruined vacation. I could hardly walk and anyone who had been to vegas knows the amount of walking you need to do. Worst treatment i’ve ever received at a hotel EVER. With the exception of the lady at the front desk, who looked mortified by the way the manager spoke to me. On top of all that the heating/cooling unit in our room was leaking water and the elevator had an uneven step. (surprise surprise another falling hazard). This place is a dump ran by a bum. Do better.

I booked a suite with a balcony for a weekend event, and when I arrived the clerk (her name was Aloha) was having issues checking me in even though I paid in advanced. So she finally gets me into a room, and it wasn't the room I booked. No balcony. I was gonna let it be, but the tv had no working volume. So I called and let them know, and Aloha said she'd send a maintenance guy. He never showed. So I called again. Same response. Same outcome. No show. So I go to the front desk, and directly ask about it and luckily someone else was working front desk. They checked me into a new room. With a balcony!! I was excited. But again no working tv. This time I was irritated and tired from travelling and just let it be. Went and got some books instead. The room comes with coffee pods, I asked for more and was told by aloha that there is "no more in the hotel". No more coffee... doubtful. So I asked a room maid and she promptly gave me a handful of coffee pods. The pool and hot tub are also closed. So I was left feeling like they didn't care, couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum. Won't be returning. (Don't get me started on the condition of the room because that's just as bad)

TV was not functioning upon getting to the room, but was promptly replaced by management and did not become a problem afterwards. There was some dirt on the sheets upon arrival, and the sink and bathtub were a bit leaky in some spots. Some outlets on the wall (particularly behind the desk in the back) were not functioning. Overall, the room was sufficient for a couple nights, but would have been more of an issue if I had stayed any longer. Hotel staff is friendly and made the most to ensure a good experience overall.
