Terrible ! I booked on Expedia and no where on my booking did it say no people allowed within a 30 mile radius. I was coming from my original hometown and visiting a friend. My iid still had a Wisconsin address so the clerk denied my stay after I already paid and drove 3 hours from Peoria. Thankfully my travel partner indeed had an out of state id so we needed up using her id to book. By this time there was clearly already a problem so the super rude and disrespectful clerk gave us a really dirty room hair on sheets clearly haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Complained and she gave us another room, this time she gave us a room smelling of so much chlorine I couldn’t breathe. The next room was smelling of cigarette smoke and stale. My guess she purposely gave us rooms they never book or rarely use just to be passive aggressive because she didn’t want to rent in the first place. Only thing I enjoyed was the breakfast, nice breakfast!

Room was filthy. Long black hair in shower, Doritis on floor. Floor by register was full sand and I don't know what. Pool area had ants and alot sand and pebbles in hot tub. The entire pool area floors were filthy. Went down to desk to let them know about ants and pebbles. Younger girl on her phone looked up "can I help you?" Then looked down went right back to her phone. Told me ya I'll tell someone!

The room was clean and spacious. It overlooked the indoor pool which was different and it did smell like the pool everytime we entered but it went away quickly. Had a decent breakfast. The pool was nice. Easy access to downtown Milwaukee.
